CORE VALUES

We are guided by strong Christian principles that inspire love, compassion, honesty, and humility. We encourage every child to grow in faith and character, learning to live out the teachings of Christ in their daily lives.

We believe every individual is valuable and deserves to be treated with dignity. Our students learn to appreciate differences, listen with empathy, and build relationships founded on mutual respect and understanding.

We promote hard work, honesty, and accountability in all we do. Our students are taught to take responsibility for their actions and to always do what is right, even when no one is watching.

We encourage a mindset that embraces challenges as opportunities to grow. Our students learn to stay positive, face difficulties with courage, and bounce back stronger from setbacks.

We are committed to fairness and inclusion, ensuring that everyone has equal opportunities to succeed. Our school community values reliability, keeping promises, and following through with dedication.

We believe that success needs be celebrated likewise failures. We see failure as a platform on which one prepares for a greater task ahead for a big win.

We crave for the top-notch in everything we do in B.A.I.S. If we have the following as options; weak, good, very good and perfect we are always bound by our vision to settle for nothing but ‘perfect’ ‘(if possible). This cut across all our services and our products. That is to say no room for mediocrity in our space.

We are sincere in our decisions without being bias or double standard.
